An interactive SMART Board will create a dynamic learning experience for 4th grade students at Valley View. Listening to historical speeches, graphing authentic mathematical data, conducting science labs, accessing primary and secondary resources, and taking virtual field trips and tours are some of the unique opportunities provided by the SMART Board system. Other advantages are archived notes for absent students, accommodations for different learning styles and students' active participation in classtroom lessons and activities. All content areas, including language arts, math, science, and social studies have applications relative to this interactive learning system. Students will have access to an interactive, constructive, creative classroom environment.
